Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge by writing to sales@mulistudio.com before it goes into production. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For standard products, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason. Simply send your withdrawal notice to sales@mulistudio.com. The item must be sent back to us unused and undamaged within 10 days of your notice. If we have named a contracted courier, the return shipping cost is covered by us.

Exceptions

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Products printed with a name, text or a custom message (name keychains, desk name plates, name ornaments, etc.) fall into this category.

Refunds

The amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The time it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or in a different colour or text than ordered, let us know with photos within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint and resend it free of charge or refund you, including for personalised items.
