Orders and production
No. Every product is printed in our workshop, in the colour you choose, when your order arrives.
Production usually takes [X–Y] business days. We'll email you when your order has shipped.
Each product page shows the colours we offer for that product. Colours may look slightly different in real life depending on your screen settings.
Tell us what you need through the contact form; whenever possible, we'll happily make it.
Payment and shipping
You can pay securely by credit or debit card. You'll see the current options at checkout.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
For international orders, please get in touch with us.
Your tracking number is sent by email. You can also check the status on the Order tracking page.
Returns, exchanges and care
For distance sales, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. This right may not apply to personalised products (such as custom sizes or custom text). Details are on the Returns and exchanges page.
Write to us with a photo of the product as soon as possible after delivery; we'll print a new one or refund you.
For exchange requests, reach us through the contact form.
Wipe with a damp cloth or warm soapy water. Keep away from the dishwasher and high heat (such as inside a car in the sun).
