Production time
Our products aren't kept in stock; each piece is printed in our workshop, in the colour you choose, after your order is confirmed. Production usually takes [X–Y] business days. It may take longer in busy periods; if so, we'll let you know by email.
Shipping and delivery time
Orders within Turkey are shipped with [carrier]. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

On delivery
If you notice the box is crushed or damaged on delivery, ask the courier to make a damage report and send us a photo of the product as soon as possible. We'll reprint a damaged product and send it free of charge, or refund you.
