Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or personal needs (such as custom sizes, custom text or personalised designs). It does apply to standard products ordered in one of our catalogue colours.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Send your withdrawal request with your order number to [your email address]. After your notice, send the product back to us within 10 days, unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. We'll email you the return shipping details.
Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear in your account.
Help
Damaged or faulty products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, write to us with photos as soon as possible. We'll print and send a new one free of charge or refund you; in this case, we cover the shipping costs.

If you'd like a different colour, use the contact form to reach us, and we'll find the best solution together.
