Distance sales agreement

Buyer: the person placing an order on mulistudio.com, whose details are provided during checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer on mulistudio.com, as described with its price in the order summary, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price and payment

The product type, colour, quantity, any personalised print, the price including VAT, shipping fee and payment method are shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer.

4. Delivery

Products are made to order and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the address given by the Buyer and in any case within 30 days of the order date; otherwise the Buyer may terminate the agreement. Shipping is free on orders of 5,000 TRY and above; for smaller orders the fee shown in the order summary is paid by the Buyer.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason and without penalty, by notifying sales@mulistudio.com in writing, and must return the product within 10 days of the notice. The Seller refunds the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the notice.

6. Exceptions

Under Article 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs (items printed with a name, text or custom message). The Buyer accepts this when ordering such items.

7. Defective products

If the product is defective, the Buyer may use the optional rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal, price reduction, free repair or replacement).

8. General

The Buyer confirms having read the preliminary information on the product's main features, price, payment and delivery and having given electronic approval. Slight colour differences caused by screen settings are not considered defects.

9. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits, have jurisdiction.

10. Effect

The agreement takes effect when the Buyer confirms the order. It is stored electronically by the Seller and sent to the Buyer with the order confirmation email.
