This notice explains how DIGITIFY YAZILIM VE DİJİTAL ÇÖZÜMLER TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("muli"), as data controller, processes your personal data on mulistudio.com under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Data we process

Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, Turkish ID number for individual invoices, tax details for company invoices.
Customer transactions: order contents, chosen colour and the name or text to be printed on personalised items, order and return records, requests and complaints.
Security: IP address, browser information, session and cookie records.
Finance: payment amount and transaction result. Card details are not stored by muli; they are processed by the payment provider.
Marketing: your commercial communication preference, only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process your data to take your order, produce and deliver it, invoice, take payment and handle returns and withdrawals (performance of contract, KVKK art. 5/2-c); to meet tax and consumer law obligations (art. 5/2-ç); to manage legal claims (art. 5/2-e); to keep the site secure and improve our service (legitimate interest, art. 5/2-f); and, for campaign emails and non-essential cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent (art. 5/1).

4. Sharing

Limited to these purposes, your data may be shared with courier companies, the payment institution, e-invoice and accounting providers, hosting and email providers, and competent public authorities upon request. Some providers' servers may be located abroad; such transfers are made in line with KVKK art. 9.

5. How we collect data

Electronically, through registration, order and contact forms on the site, cookies and email correspondence.

6. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by law (10 years under tax law); other data is kept as long as the purpose requires and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, ask for deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, ask that these actions be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
