Terms of membership

1. Parties

This agreement is made between DIGITIFY YAZILIM VE DİJİTAL ÇÖZÜMLER TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("muli") and the person registering on mulistudio.com ("Member") when the registration form is confirmed.

2. Membership

Membership is free. The Member confirms that the information provided is accurate and up to date and that they are at least 18 years old. The Member is responsible for keeping their password confidential.

3. Acceptable use

The Member agrees to use the site lawfully and not to request personalised prints that infringe others' rights, are offensive, or contain trademarks or copyrighted material. muli may refuse such orders and refund the amount paid.

4. Intellectual property

Images, texts and the logo on the site belong to muli or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product designs are subject to their designers' licence terms.

5. Personal data

Members' personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Ending membership

The Member may close their account at any time by writing to sales@mulistudio.com. muli may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms.

7. Changes

muli may change these terms; changes take effect when published on the site.
