This form is provided under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you before you confirm your order.

2. Main features of the product

The product name, colour, quantity, dimensions, material (PLA bioplastic) and any personalised print are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Products are 3D printed to order; visible layer lines are a natural feature of this method.

3. Price and payment

The total price including VAT, shipping fee and payment method are shown in the order summary. Payment is made by credit/debit card through a secure payment provider.

4. Delivery

The product ships within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation to the address you provide, and in any case within 30 days of the order. Shipping is free on orders of 5,000 TRY and above.

5. Right of withdrawal

For standard products you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by writing to sales@mulistudio.com. Personalised items printed with a name, text or custom message are excluded under Article 15/1-ç of the Regulation.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to sales@mulistudio.com. In case of dispute you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade, or to Consumer Courts above them.
