Shipping and delivery

Production and dispatch time

Our products are made to order, not taken from stock. Orders with confirmed payment are produced and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days. This may take longer in busy periods; if so, we will let you know by email. The legal delivery period cannot exceed 30 days from the order date.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of 5,000 TRY and above. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is shown separately at checkout.

Delivery area

We ship to all provinces of Türkiye. For international shipping, please write to sales@mulistudio.com.

Tracking

When your order ships, the tracking number is sent by email. You can also follow it from My Account > Order History.

Damaged delivery

If the parcel is damaged on delivery, ask the courier to record it and notify us at sales@mulistudio.com with photos within 7 days; we will reprint and resend your item.
